Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, To the saints who are in Ephesus, and faithful in Christ Jesus . . .” Ephesians 1:1
Any dream worth living is worth sharing with others. The person who shares his dream gets to watch it grow. The synergy of shared ideas often takes it to a whole new level. The dream becomes greater than the person launching it ever imagined it could be. And those who participate in it often adopt it as their own dream.
As you give others an opportunity to share your dream, paint a broad landscape for them so that they can catch your vision. Include . . .
-
A Horizon - to show the incredible possibilities ahead.
-
The Sun - to give them warmth and hope.
-
Mountains - to represent the challenges ahead.
-
Birds - to inspire them to soar like eagles.
-
Flowers - to remind them to enjoy the journey.
-
A Path - to offer direction and security.
-
Yourself - to demonstrate your commitment to the dream and to them.
-
Them - to show where they fit in and to communicate your belief in them.
When you are willing to share the dream by including others, there’s almost no limit to what you can accomplish. The impossible comes within reach.

This morning, I went to my company datacenter in Cyberjaya yesterday.. it was a tiring experience coz started working from 12midnite.. the office is located in Cyberjaya which is 45min drive from my house, reached there around 12AM and met up wif my CTO and started work after another collegue came. It was quite cold in the server room with high security, there have a thumbprint verification to enter.. first time I saw that a company using such a security feature.. they have tight security measures, cannot even take photos oso.. keke.. but i mange to get some
Once inside we started moving some of the servers from one rack to another rack.. lot of pyhsical work taking out the servers coz it’s quite heavy, some of the server need 2 person to carry, i think weight more than 50kg.. big fat mama servers.. after moving the servers need to rearrange the swithes and finally reconfigure the new servers after moving it into the new racks.. check out some of the servers below.. after everythin was done, I was exhausted and sleepy and only reach home around 6plus and go zzzz..

Having and maintaining effective leadership over people in the workplace, whether they are your employees or just individuals you supervise, is the key to keeping employees producing at their best. Below are 12 quick tips to help you produce and maintain effective leadership at work:
1. Ask yourself, on an ongoing basis, of everything happening what is the most valuable use of my time, right now?
2. Manage your work and your employees by objectives (MBO). Effective leadership is demonstrated by instructing your staff on exactly what you would like them to do, and then, where possible, leaving them to get on with it. If it is not possible, only provide them with necessary supervision. Do not watch every move.

At times nature can be cruel, but there is also a raw beauty, and even a certain justice manifested within that cruelty. The crocodile, one of the oldest and ultimate predators, normally considered the “apex
predator” in it’s natural eco-system, can still fall victim to implemented team work strategy, made possible due to the tight knit social structure and survival of the fittest pack mentality bred into the canines over the last several hundreds of years by natural selection.
* Note that the Alpha dog has a muzzle hold on the crocodile preventing it
from breathing, while the remainder of the pack prevents the beast from
rolling.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17
Status quo is Latin for “the mess we’re in.” Leaders see what is, but they also have a vision for what could be. They are never content with things as they are. To be leading, by definition, is to be in front, breaking new ground, conquering new worlds, moving away from the status quo.
Dissatisfaction with the status quo does not mean having a negative attitude or grumbling. It has to do with a willingness to be different and to take risks. A person who refuses to risk change fails to grow. A leader who loves the status quo soon becomes a follower. Raymond Smith of the Bell Atlantic Corporation once remarked, “Taking the safe road, doing your job, and not making any waves may not get you fired (right away, at least), but it sure won’t do much for your career or your company over the long haul. We’re not dumb. We know that administrators are easy to find and cheap to keep. Leaders - risk takers - are in very short supply. And ones with vision are pure gold.”
Risk seems dangerous to many people because they are more comfortable with the old problems versus what it takes to come up with new solutions. The difference is attitude. When you seek out potential leaders, seek people who seek solutions.

Yesterday I went for Hui Kin birthday hangout. We had dinner at SS2 “Wai Sek Kai” and then after went to Settlers Cafe in Damansara Jaya, nearby Atria. We all played the “Betrayal at House On the Hill” and some of us try out “Citadel”. We had a blast playing the World of Warcraft boardgame version and also last Friday hangout with the bros small group. It’s a really nice play to hangout and play some boardgame, I would recommend you guys to check it out if you love boardgames coz there is loads of boardgames that I bet you never tried before. There are a few attractive packages for you to choose and it comes with drinks and finger food. I would say it’s not too expensive and it’s a great place to just enjoy some fun time over there.. Click on the photo below to see more.. check it out

1 x 8 + 1 = 9
12 x 8 + 2 = 98
123 x 8 + 3 = 987
1234 x 8 + 4 = 9876
12345 x 8 + 5 = 98765
123456 x 8 + 6 = 987654
1234567 x 8 + 7 = 9876543
12345678 x 8 + 8 = 98765432
123456789 x 8 + 9 = 987654321
1 x 9 + 2 = 11
12 x 9 + 3 = 111
123 x 9 + 4 = 1111
1234 x 9 + 5 = 11111
12345 x 9 + 6 = 111111
123456 x 9 + 7 = 1111111
1234567 x 9 + 8 = 11111111
12345678 x 9 + 9 = 111111111
123456789 x 9 +10= 1111111111
9 x 9 + 7 = 88
98 x 9 + 6 = 888
987 x 9 + 5 = 8888
9876 x 9 + 4 = 88888
98765 x 9 + 3 = 888888
987654 x 9 + 2 = 8888888
9876543 x 9 + 1 = 88888888
98765432 x 9 + 0 = 888888888
Brilliant, isn’t it?
And finally, take a look at this symmetry:
1 x 1 = 1
11 x 11 = 121
111 x 111 = 12321
1111 x 1111 = 1234321
11111 x 11111 = 123454321
111111 x 111111 = 12345654321
1111111 x 1111111 = 1234567654321
11111111 x 11111111 = 123456787654321
111111111 x 111111111= 12345678987654321

Stephen Robert Irwin (22 February 1962 – 4 September 2006), nicknamed “The Crocodile Hunter”, was an Australian conservationist and television personality. He achieved world-wide fame from the television program The Crocodile Hunter, an internationally-broadcast wildlife documentary series co-hosted with his wife Terri Irwin. Together with his wife, he also co-owned and operated Australia Zoo in Beerwah, Queensland, founded by his parents. I love his show cause he’s very real and entertaining..Here’s the last video of the accident before he died after stung by the deadly stringray.. a real lost to the world and will be alwiz remembered…

I. IDENTIFYING YOUR VALUE SYSTEM
Objective: Participants will list values that are important to them.
Everyone wants success. What that looks like may differ from person to person. Having a clear idea of what success means to you makes it easier to focus in on what you need to be doing on a daily basis to make that success happen for you. In our fast-paced life we rarely take the time to stop and think about values. What is really important to you? And are you consistently (daily, weekly, monthly) doing activities that support those values? In class you will start the process of prioritizing what is important to you, your values, and then aligning your behaviors so that they support those values. If you are too busy just doing the urgent tasks that life throws at you, and never deliberately doing the tasks that take you closer to your desired results, then you end up frustrated and overwhelmed. Truly meaningful time management is more than checking off tasks on a list. It is making sure that every day you are choosing tasks that take you closer to your desired result.
