6 Nov 2006Today we had our very first training for all KTA members.. we started out with some warm up, running and streches and after that we begin learning some basic punch and kicks, finally close up with some self defence moves

the different shades of white is bcoz some of us wearing a shirt inside which is darker color, so campur the white bcome grey liao lor kekeke
