Awesome , Thanks :)

Here's a tidbit I've just run across that looks VERY promising for preventing hearth disease and has everything to do with fortifying your circulatory system.

Take these two amino acids together.

L-arginine and L-citrulline .. together with an antioxidant between meals according to the jars instructions. I'm still looking for dosing. But I bought the powder form (cheaper) and use 1/2 recommeded doses on both bottles. There are supplements that include the antioxidant , but hey I juice veggies and fruits and mix the powder with those.

One peculiar side effect I've noticed from this.
It eases my breathing almost instantly, taken with apple juice or vegetable juice.

Merry Christmas to You all :)

quoted from "bottom line health" magazine.
Winter 2006 version.

1. It lowers cholesterol by 10 - 20%
2. It reduces arterial plaque by up to 50%
3. It expands blood vessels reducing blood
pressure.
4. It controls platelet function so they don't
clump together and cause blood clots.

This discovery is so important and revolutionary that it won the Nobel Prize in Medicine.

Don't take my word for it, do your own research on these via google or yahoo or altavista etc. searches.

Theres a LOT of medical chatter on these 2 amino acids.

Combining them seems to be the key according to studies at the Mayo clinic. Individually they work good, but together they allow easy penetratation to blood vessel cell walls and work much more efficiantly in creating the nitric oxide in your blood that works miracles. Something the over 40 crowd loses over time.

BTW .. this is a main ingrediant in weight lifters supplements.

Check it out. If nothing else it helps me breath much easier without taking heart stopping sudafed.
