What of those that make that commitment just to be passed over for promotion time and time again so that freinds of the boss (who wouldn’t commit) got promoted ?

I don’t brag about my work, and good work I do, but as an employer you’d better take care of the people that take care of you.

It goes both ways you know, working for people is not like working for Christ. Just the same we should always try our hardest and learn at least 1 new thing every day.
