Heather Jansch is our hero!
My husband Bill and I live on the wonderful Oregon Coast. I have been a driftwood art fan for many years. After seeing Mrs. Jansch's work with Driftwood Horses, we decided to try our hand. We have worked hard to learn this art and trust me it is not easy!! Like trying to assemble a chinese puzzle with no instructions whatsoever. We are not attempting full size 3 demensional horses, like Mrs. Jansch but we have made and sold a few Horse Head wall hangings that we think came out really nicely.
We have been making driftwood birdhouses and oceanic arrangements for several years, a few fish and some collages, but the horse heads are a recent endevor. If you want to take a peek you're welcome to see us at www.newmacnorthwest.com. Sign our guestbook or email us, let us know how we're doing. Love this site thanks for showing everyone Heather's Horses. She is AWESOME! Thanks, Jonnie Mack

Your work is amazing I have never seen anything so beautiful and so unique in my life!! I would love to own one of these statues. I own 2 beautiful horses myself and I feel they are one of God's most beautiful creatures, you have truly captured their grace and dignity in your art. I wish I lived closer to come see your sculptures but I live in Maine, so I guess that won't ever happen, at least I can go online and see your beautiful work. Sincerely, Merla Roy
