taekwondo,Taegeuk Il Jang , First Poomse, Heaven & Light Yeah.. we all pass our exam last week.. will post some videos of all the WTF Taekwondo Taegeuk Pattern (Poomse) starting with Tae Geuk Il Jahng - Heaven and Light

This form represents Heaven and Light. The course of creation and the symbol of the father. As Heaven, it is the symbol of pure creativity and also signifies the concentration of Yang energy. It represents the source of creation by presenting the most basic techniques. Taegeuk Il Jang is also the foundation from which the other forms build. Check out the video below.
