					<description>This is informative. No wonder whenever i wake up from my so called napping which somehow always lasts for hours, i feel groggy and even sleepier. By the way, i don't quite agree with the coffee and nap statement. I drank coffee before, took a nap and felt my head throbbing so badly. BUT, I don't know about the others la, sometimes when i take coffee in the afternoon, my night sleep is better. :)</description>
