This is for  elite Fitness First members who have been with us for continuous 10 months or more. As a First Club membership card holder, you are entitled to bring a family member or friend for FREE on weekends so that you can both enjoy the club and the benefits of working out together.

Apart from that, you will also be entitled to rewards, incentives and discounts from us and our partners from time to time, so watch out for it! The longer you stay, the more rewards and benefits you will enjoy! All you have to do is bring your existing membership card to your club and exchange it with your NEW First Club card membership.

A: Any Fitness First member* who is an active member for minimum of 10 months or more.

Q: How do I go about getting my First Club membership card?
A: Just bring your existing membership card to our club and our Front of House will exchange your existing card with the new First Club membership card. Your First Club card will be activated on the spot.

Q: What are the benefits of holding a First Club membership card?
A: As a First Club membership card holder, you will be entitled to bring a family member or friend to workout with you on weekends for FREE. Apart from that, from time to time, we will have special discounts and offers for First Club card holders.

Q: If I have monies owing, am I still entitled to be a First Club member?
A: Upon settling all monies owing, yes, you can exchange your existing membership card with the First Club membership card

Q: I have just frozen my account but have reached 10 active months in my tenure with Fitness First. Am I eligible for First Club?
A: Yes, you are!

Q: I have been a Fitness First member for 2 years. I then worked overseas for 1 ½ years and hence I terminated my membership. I am now back and have just joined Fitness First again. Am I entitled to First Club membership?
A: Yes, you are, as long as you fulfilled the minimum requirement of 10 months of being an active Fitness First member.
