Dot Art, Painting, Abstract Check out this wonderful dot art done by an artist from Metairie, Louisiana, United States :)   These paintings are about “hope” after Hurricane Katrina and the flood. The artist didn’t want to do just “hurricane art” or “flood art”. He wanted the art to be positive about this area. Each piece has to do with a place he had been, an experience he had or just something he seen since August 29, 2005. See more of his art works below..
