“The Lie” is the second television episode of the fifth season of ABC’s Lost. The eighty-fifth episode of the show overall, “The Lie” aired on January 21, 2009 on ABC in the United States, being simulcast on A in Canada. It aired immediately after
the previous episode, “Because You Left” and a clip-show that recapped the first four seasons. “The Lie” was written by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, who were named executive producers prior to the start of production on season 5, and directed by executive producer Jack Bender.

For all Lost fans out there, the fifth season of the American serial drama television series Lost will be commencing airing on the ABC network in the United States on January 21st 2009, and will conclude in May 2009. The season continues the stories of the survivors of the fictional crash of Oceanic Airlines Flight 815, after some of them are rescued and those still stranded seemingly disappear to an unknown location and time with the island that they inhabit. We start where we ended last season’s finale Jack and Kate behind LAX, and this time we get to see the rest of it. Kate drives off, just like we saw her do in last year’s finale, but Jack keeps yelling they have to go back. Kate suddenly stops and confronts Jack. She is mad at him for expecting her to care about Jeremy Bentham, the man from the obit. He was crazy, and she’s shocked that Jack believed him. Lost Season 4.. Episode 10 continue… titled “Something Nice Back Home” .. Juliet tries to wake up Jack, but there’s something wrong with him. He doesn’t seem well. He stumbles out of his tent as a loud argument ensues on the beach. A group of angry survivors are going at Faraday and Charlotte. Jack tries to calm everyone down. He assures them they will be rescued, but suddenly he collapses.

Back to Jack in a nice, comfy bed when the phone rings and wakes him up. It’s his assistant reminding him of his schedule changes. Jack gets up and goes into the bathroom. A woman in the shower tells him she bought him a new razor. She’s not a fan of his growing beard. The shower stops and out steps Kate. Jack hands her a towel and they kiss. Yeah!! Here’s the latest episode of Lost Season 4 Episode 4 (EggTown).. The story so far… Locke fixes breakfast and takes it to Ben, whom he now has locked in the basement. Ben asks why he was moved out of the rec room. Locke says he wanted Ben under his own roof. Locke asks again who Ben’s spy is on the ship.
