Taegeuk Ee Jang (2nd Poomse) “Lake” (South East, Youngest daughter) is the second pattern we going to learn. It represent the depths of the lake which is full of treasures and mysteries. The poomse should be performed knowing that man has limitations, however we can overcome these limitations that will lead to a feeling of joy because we can control our future. Yipee.. I manage to pass my yellow belt test last week.. it was quite a tense momment and got a bit panicky.. luckily I didn’t fumble and fall

New Teakwondo Training Venue

Finally, we got a new place for training place for Teakwondo we were busy cleaning up the place, washing up the mat to prepare the place for out training on Sunday. Kingdom Teakwondo Acedemy 1st Class
6 Nov 2006Today we had our very first training for all KTA members.. we started out with some warm up, running and streches and after that we begin learning some basic punch and kicks, finally close up with some self defence moves here’s some of the photos I took after the training! keke.. my back start to ache now from the training..me old man already..Click on the picture below to see more photos

My church just started a taekwondo class called the Kingdom Taekwondo Acedemy , so for all members, be prepared for our very first training this Sunday
ATTENTION : To all Kingdom Taekwondo Acedemy members, please be inform that there will be a
training this Sunday (5th Nov 06).
Time : 5-7 PM
Venue : Titiwangsa Canteen, opposite the lake, next to the tennis court
Attire : Wear full taekwondo uniform
*Note : Please cut your finger and toe nails, bring your own water
** Fees : Monthly RM50 (RM30 children) / RM138 for 3 months,
Malaysian Taekwondo Federation : RM30,
Uniform : RM 50
