Goh Hian Hai started selling Seremban’s famous beef noodles in the 1960s at the old market. Today, 90-year-old Goh can be seen at his stall on the second floor of Seremban Central Market.

While business has expanded to include two other beef noodles restaurants in Seremban and one stall in Singapore, the business is still kept within the family.

The stall at the market is managed by his daughter and son-in-law, the two restaurants are run by Goh’s sons, while a relative tends to the business in Singapore.
