HEADACHE? EAT FISH!
Eat plenty of fish — fish oil helps prevent headaches.
So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain. HAY FEVER? EAT YOGURT!
Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season.
Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.

TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA!
Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. (actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading….Green tea is great for our immune system)!

INSOMNIA (CAN’T SLEEP?) HONEY!
Use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative. ASTHMA? EAT ONIONS!!!!

Have you ever wondered why David was called €œa man after God`s heart? It was because he sought after God with everything he had.

When David was a young teenager tending to the sheep in the fields, David spent a lot of time seeking God through prayer. And I think that`s a lesson that stayed with him. That precious habit of spending time with God made such a difference in the leader he would eventually become.

David was a true man of prayer. Before he made a move, David went to God to find His will. And as a result, God used David€”and He used him powerfully.

Let me ask you a question: In today`s crazy world, do you take the time to get alone with God every day? It`s so easy to get caught up in the whirlwind. And unfortunately, we can often make decisions based on what feels right instead of seeking answers from the Creator of the universe.

Today, make it a priority to find time to slow down and spend time with God. Even if you have to, schedule it in your planner! Whatever you have to do, just keep that daily appointment with God.

There`s nothing in this world that is worth missing what God has for you. So spend time in prayer. Seek Him in every move you make. And like David, become a man or woman after God`s own heart!

Make a priority of spending time alone with god.

My friend Kevin Myers says, “Most people are too insecure to give anything away.” I believe that’s true. Most people who focus all their attention on themselves do so because they feel that they’re missing something in their lives, so they’re trying to get it back.

Developing a giving spirit, as Menninger implies, helps a person to overcome some of those feelings of deficiency in a positive and healthy way. That’s why Menninger says, “Generous people are rarely mentally ill people.” A person is less likely to focus on himself if he is trying to help someone else.

The products are being recalled because of production-line problems at its manufacturing plant in China, which could affect the sterility of the product, the company said in a press statement.

The products affected are Complete Protec Multi-purpose solution – Value Pack (2 x 350ml & 60ml) packaged lot number ZB02607 with bottled lot numbers ZB02558 and ZB01866, package ZB03215 with bottles ZB03214 and ZB01866, package ZB03542 with bottles ZB03541 and ZB01866, package ZB03543 with bottles ZB03541 and ZB03468, package ZB03578 with bottles ZB03577 and ZB03468.

Also affected are Complete Moisture Plus 60ml packaged lot number ZB03094 with bottled lot number ZB03093, package ZB03195 with bottle ZB03194, Complete Protec Multi-purpose solution 120ml package ZB03123 with bottle ZB03123 and Complete Moisture Plus Starter Kit 60ml package ZB03316 with bottle ZB03093 and package ZB03710 with bottle ZB03194, said the statement.

People will not follow a leader who does not have confidence in himself. In fact, people are naturally attracted to people who convey confidence. An excellent example of this can be seen in an incident that occurred in Russia during an attempted coup. Army tanks surrounded the government building that housed President Boris Yeltsin and his pro-democracy supporters. High-level military leaders had ordered the tank commander to open fire and kill Yeltsin. As the army rolled into position, Yeltsin strode from the building, climbed up on a tank, looked the commander in the eye, and thanked him for coming over to the side of democracy. Later the commander admitted that although they had not intended to go over to his side, Yeltsin had appeared so confident and commanding that the soldiers decided to join him.

Confidence is a characteristic of a positive attitude. The greatest achievers and leaders remain confident regardless of circumstances. Strong, confident leaders recognize and appreciate confidence in others. Confidence is not simply for show. Confidence empowers. A good leader has the ability to instill within his people confidence in himself. A great leader has the ability to instill within his people confidence in themselves.
